Granite is natural with unique variation and typically needs periodic sealing. Quartz is non‑porous, low‑maintenance, and more consistent in appearance.
Yes! We perform on‑site templating to ensure a precise fit before fabrication.
After on‑site templating, countertop fabrication in our warehouse typically takes 2–4 business days. Most standard countertop installations are finished in one day; complex jobs may take up to 2 days. Cabinet assembly typically takes about 4 days up to a couple of weeks depending on whether cabinets are in stock or custom‑made — custom builds and backorders add lead time. We’ll confirm exact timing when you book.
Yes! We cut openings per specifications and can remove/dispose of old countertops for an additional fee or as part of the installation.
Seams may be necessary on large runs. We use color matched adhesives and careful layout to minimize visibility.
Natural stones (granite, marble, quartzite) generally require periodic sealing. Quartz and porcelain are non porous and do not require sealing.
Daily use: warm water + mild dish soap using a soft cloth.
For tough residue: sparingly wipe with acetone on a clean cloth, then rinse with soap and water.
Minor chips can often be professionally repaired although major damage may require replacement. We evaluate each case and provide options.
Stock, semi‑custom, and custom cabinets in plywood or solid wood construction with MDF insets.
Typical installation is 1–6 days depending on kitchen size and complexity.
Pricing is based on material, square footage, edge profile, seams, cutouts, cabinet style, and hardware. We provide itemized written estimates.
Financing is not available at this time. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
Confirm selections, sign the contract, pay the required 50% deposit, and schedule a time for templating. We’ll guide you through each step.
Yes. Cabinet manufacturer warranties vary by products some cabinets have up to 5 years, and others offer up to lifetime warranties depending on the line you choose. Certain custom stone products may carry manufacturer warranties up to 15 years. We provide a 6 month installation warranty. Warranty details will be provided and reviewed with you when we discuss your project.
We coordinate with licensed plumbers/electricians or recommend trusted partners. Major plumbing/electrical work is contracted separately.
Most replacements don’t require permits although structural changes may. We’ll advise based on your project scope.
Yes! Small countertop and cabinet finish samples are available; some samples may have a refundable fee.
